He focuses on promoting activities, education, health, and independence skills - helping young people prepare for adulthood and succeed in their next chapters. Andrew is passionate about creating environments where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered. He holds NVQ Level 3/4, is PACE trained, first aid qualified, medication trained, and continually develops his expertise through 24/7 online learning.

  • Key Worker | Compassionate Carer | Champion of Wellbeing

    Jacqueline brings over two and a half years’ experience in care and a naturally warm, kind, and compassionate personality. A former semi-professional footballer for Everton Ladies and a national champion boxer, she channels her passion for fitness into inspiring young people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Her goal is simple - to help young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits for life. Jacqueline also holds NVQ Level 3/4, is PACE trained, first aid qualified, medication trained, and committed to continuous online training.

  • Key Worker | Dedicated Mentor | Youth Advocate

    With two years’ experience in care, Ste has a natural ability to connect with young people and support them through challenging moments. He’s worked closely with the Youth Justice Team, helping young people make positive choices and build better futures. Always calm and approachable, Ste combines empathy with practical guidance to create safe, trusting relationships. Ste also holds NVQ Level 3/4, is PACE trained, first aid qualified, medication trained, and continues to upskill through ongoing online learning.

  • Key Worker | Ex-Army Chef | Passionate Mentor

    After years as an Army chef, Paul brings his love for food into his care work - helping young people build confidence through independent cooking skills. With two years’ experience in care, Paul’s calm, patient approach makes him a trusted support for the young people he works with. He holds NVQ Level 3/4, is PACE trained, first aid qualified, medication trained, and keeps his skills sharp with ongoing 24/7 online training.

  • Key Worker | The Team’s Comedian | Trusted Carer

    Known for his fun, witty personality, Michael has a way of putting young people at ease. With 18 months’ experience in care, he balances humour with professionalism to create safe, supportive environments where young people can thrive. Michael holds NVQ Level 3/4, is PACE trained, first aid qualified, medication trained, and committed to continuous online learning to deliver the highest standard of care.

From safety measures to staff training, we’ve built everything around delivering reliable, consistent, and compassionate care.
